    Louise Phillips was born in South Carolina. Her military family moved every three years until her dad retired in 1996 in Amarillo, TX. She has worked in the legal field for over 18 years and is a legal assistant and paralegal at SC Law. She attended college at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas where she got her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in psychology and history (2002) and her Master of Arts degree in history (2004). She began working as a legal assistant and paralegal in February 2005. While working in Texas, she was also an adjunct history professor at various colleges (North Central Texas College, Wayland Baptist, and Vernon College).
